Smart manufacturing had a high impact in recent years within the inspection and quality assurance processes, providing innovative technologies machine learning. Consequently, article presents systematic review of applications automation to statistical control companies industrial sector, deriving subtopics such as artificial vision, intelligent manufacturing, different production neural networks, through process techniques finally assurance, addition, general analysis them is shown. Additionally, it shown that these improve automated making more efficient, with better performance productivity, also contributing optimization time, cost reduction, strengthening inspection, assurance. Finally, future research opportunities for are identified.
